# Mein Oeni Plus-Abonnement ist nicht mehr aktiv. Was soll ich tun?  

Möglicherweise wurde Ihr Abonnement von Ihrem Oeni-Konto getrennt.  Keine Panik, Sie können es ganz einfach mit ein paar Klicks finden:  
    
1. Gehen Sie zur Zahlungsseite
2. Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche **Wiederherstellen**
  
**Dadurch wird Ihr Konto erneut mit Ihrem Abonnement synchronisiert**
