# How do I cancel my trial period?

The process of unsubscribing if you have activated Oeni Plus is simple, quick, and must be done directly from your **Apple **or **Google** settings. Just follow the following steps:
* Unsubscribe from **iOS: **https://support.apple.com/fr-fr/HT202039
* Unsubscribe from **Android: **https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481?hl=fr&co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid
* If the purchase was made online:  To do this, you must find the trial period activation confirmation email and click on the ‘Manage my subscription’ button. You can then cancel the subscription and/or request a refund.
