# My Oeni Plus subscription is no longer active, what should I do?

It’s possible that your subscription got desynchronized from your Oeni account. Don’t worry, you can easily restore it in just a few clicks:

1. Go to the payment page.
2. Click on the **Restore** button.

**This will resynchronize your account with your subscription.**
