# Come ottenere un rimborso?  

La procedura per ottenere un rimborso se hai attivato **Oeni Plus** deve essere eseguita direttamente dalle impostazioni di **Apple** o **Google**.    
    
Basta seguire i seguenti passaggi:     
- **Se utilizzi iOS:** puoi effettuare la richiesta seguendo questi [passaggi](https://support.apple.com/fr-fr/HT204084)  
- **Se utilizzi Android**: devi inviarci la tua **email di Google Play** a [contact@oeni.app](mailto:contact@oeni.app) in modo che possiamo avviare la procedura.
