# Hur får man en återbetalning? 

Proceduren för att få en återbetalning om du har aktiverat **Oeni Plus** måste göras direkt från dina inställningar för **Apple** eller **Google**.    
    
Följ bara följande steg:     
- **Om du använder iOS:** kan du göra begäran genom att följa dessa [steg](https://support.apple.com/fr-fr/HT204084)  
- **Om du använder Android**: du måste skicka oss din **Google Play-e-post** till [contact@oeni.app](mailto:contact@oeni.app) så att vi kan starta proceduren.
