How can I get a refund?

To request a refund for Oeni Plus, the process must be done directly through your Apple or Google settings.

Here’s how:

• If you’re on iOS: You can request a refund by following these steps.
• If you’re on Android: Please send us your Google Play email to contact@oeni.app, and we’ll initiate the process for you.
• If the purchase was made online: To do this, you must find the trial period activation confirmation email and click on the ‘Manage my subscription’ button. You can then cancel the subscription and/or request a refund.
