I can’t find my wine bottle in the app.
No worries! We add new bottles and appellations every month to improve our service.
In the meantime, you can submit a specific addition request directly through the app, and we’ll handle it as quickly as possible.
You can also manually add a wine that isn’t in our database:
Click on the Add Manuall" card, which appears as the 5th option in the search results.
Add your wine to your Oeni cellar.
Our team will then review and validate it to include it in our database.
